It is important to reiterate what we have said in other areas of this web site about what makes a forever lake view lot. If you look in the direction of the lake, and the lot next door is vacant, it is not a FOREVER LAKE VIEW LOT. There are several on Amigo and Clark that the average buyer would think are lake view lots. The lots are priced as though they are lake view lots, but they can be blocked. It is according to what or how the owner of the lot next door, towards the lake, decides to build.
If you were able to look back nine months ago, there were eight forever North side lake view lots that could not be blocked. Now, there are only three left.
